Develop · Sector-Aligned Grounding

No MSME closes a sector-wide gap alone.

COEs, clusters and cohort programmes, co-developed with MSME forums and industry groups — plus the ongoing tools that keep a group performing long after the programme ends.

A cohort lifted to sector standard together Businesses grouped into one cohort are carried above the sector-standard line together, while businesses working alone remain scattered well below it. SECTOR STANDARD ONE COHORT · ONE STANDARD ALONE ALONE

Why the cohort model works

Shared programmes, shared cost

Cluster and cohort programmes move whole groups of similar MSMEs to sector standard together — not one business at a time.

Tools that outlast the programme

Shared-facility monitoring, pooled procurement, and market access that keep working long after a cohort ends.

Real outcomes, benchmarked

Live cluster dashboards and peer performance tracking — measurable progress, not just attendance.

Sector standard is the floor, not the ceiling.

Beyond it, every MSME's path is its own. We match MSMEs to the right consultant, and consultants to a steady pipeline of the right engagements.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: 1 January 2026
🔒 Plain-language summary: we collect what we need to diagnose your business, match you to a cohort or consultant, and run the platform — we encrypt it, we don't sell it, and we only share it with your consent or as this policy describes.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Launchpad Leaders ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and platform (Diagnose, Develop, and Deliver), whether you're an MSME owner, a forum or institute representative, an onboarded consultant, or simply browsing as a visitor. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use the platform:

Category Examples
Account information Name, business name, phone number, email address, role (MSME / Forum / Consultant)
Business & financial data Turnover, bank statements, GST returns, existing loans, collateral, receivables, and other data you enter into our diagnostic tools
Diagnostic results Assessment scores, flagged gaps, and recommendations generated by tools such as the 360° Business Assessment, Cybersecurity Readiness, or DPDP Compliance Readiness
Programme & engagement data Cohort enrolment, cluster participation, consultant engagement history and status
Usage data Pages visited, tools used, and general interaction patterns on the platform

We collect this directly from you (when you register, complete an assessment, or enrol in a programme) — we do not purchase or scrape business data from third parties.

3. How we use your information

  • To generate your diagnostic assessments and reports
  • To match you with relevant cohorts, clusters, or consultants
  • To operate consultant engagements, including sharing relevant diagnostic context with a consultant you've been matched or referred to
  • To communicate with you about your account, assessments, or programmes
  • To improve the accuracy and relevance of our tools
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations

We do not use your business or financial data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. When we share information

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • With your consent — for example, when your diagnostic results are shared with a consultant you've chosen to engage
  • With co-delivery partners — Forums, institutes, banks, or state bodies you're enrolled with may see programme-level data for cohorts they administer, not your individual financial details
  • With service providers — vendors who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, communications), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • For legal reasons — if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process

We never sell your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How we protect your information

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting who can view your data, and role-based permissions so that, for example, a consultant only sees the diagnostic context relevant to an engagement they're matched to — not your full account. No system is completely immune to risk, and we continually work to strengthen our safeguards in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the services you've requested. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons.

7. Your rights

Consistent with the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. A session-only cookie prevents repeated page loads in the same browser session from increasing the public site-visit count; it does not identify you. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some platform functionality and may cause the counter to count another visit.

9. Children's privacy

Our platform is intended for business owners, professionals, and institutional representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated effective date, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify registered users directly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026 · Last updated: 27 October 2026

Launchpad Leaders Private Limited ("Launchpad Leaders", "we") wants every customer to know, before paying, exactly when they can cancel and what they will get back. This policy covers every paid product and service on launchpadleaders.in. Everything we sell is delivered digitally or as a live programme or service, so "returns" in the physical-goods sense do not apply.

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly on our website or app by MSMEs, consultants and individuals. The rules differ by what you bought:

What you boughtSectionCancel for a full refundAfter that
One-off assessment or report (Diagnose)2Any time before the report is generatedNo refund once generated; free re-run if it fails
Tool subscription (Diagnose)3Within 7 days of first purchaseCancel any time; access runs to end of term
Cohort or cluster programme (Develop)414 or more days before start50% at 7–13 days; transfer only after that
Consultant engagement (Deliver)5Before work startsUnstarted milestones refundable
Institutional or white-label agreement6Per signed contractPer signed contract

Beta customers who received access free of charge are not covered, as no payment was made.

2. Diagnose: one-off assessments and reports

You get a full refund for an assessment you have paid for but not yet completed, as long as you ask within 30 days of payment. This applies to one-time purchases such as LLBizAssess™ reports and data-privacy compliance assessments.

  • Before the report is generated: 100% refund.
  • After the report is generated: no refund. The report is a digital deliverable that is fully delivered the moment it is generated.
  • If something goes wrong on our side (the report fails to generate, is incomplete, or is clearly corrupted): we will re-run it free or give a 100% refund, your choice.
  • If you entered wrong information: one free re-run within 30 days of the original purchase.

3. Diagnose: subscriptions

You can cancel any subscription yourself, at any time, from Account → Subscriptions → Cancel, in no more than two clicks. You do not need to email, call, or give a reason.

  • First 7 days after first purchase: 100% refund, as long as you have generated no more than one report or export.
  • After 7 days: cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-used months or years.
  • Renewal reminders: for annual plans, we email you at least 7 days before renewal with the date and amount.
  • Renewal refund: if an annual plan renews and you cancel within 7 days of the renewal charge, without using the tool since renewal, we refund 100% of the renewal.
  • Auto-debit: if you pay by card or UPI auto-debit, you will receive a pre-debit notification before each charge, as RBI e-mandate rules require. You can also revoke the mandate through your bank or UPI app.
  • Free trials: we never ask for payment details to start a free trial, and a trial never turns into a paid plan without your explicit confirmation.

4. Develop: cohort and cluster programmes

How much you get back depends on how far ahead of the programme start date you cancel:

When you cancelRefundAlternative
14 or more days before start100%—
7–13 days before start50%Or a free transfer to the next cohort
Less than 7 days before start, or after startNoneOne free transfer to a cohort starting within 6 months
  • Swapping participants: you can send another person from the same enterprise in your place at no cost, any time before the programme starts.
  • If we cancel or reschedule: you choose a 100% refund or a transfer to another cohort.
  • Sponsored seats: if your seat is paid for by an association, bank, or government body, cancellation follows that sponsor's agreement with us.

5. Deliver: consultant engagements

Every consultant on our marketplace shows their cancellation and refund terms on the engagement page before you book. Those terms apply to your engagement. Where a consultant has not set their own terms, these defaults apply:

  • Before work starts: 100% refund of consultant fees.
  • Milestone-based engagements: milestones that are completed and accepted are not refundable. Milestones not yet started are refunded in full.
  • If the consultant cancels, does not turn up, or does not deliver an agreed milestone: 100% refund for the affected milestones.
  • Platform or matching fee: refunded in full only if we cannot match you with a consultant, or the consultant cancels before work starts. It is otherwise non-refundable once a match is made.
  • Disputes: raise a dispute within 14 days of a milestone being delivered. Launchpad Leaders will review both sides and decide within 10 working days. Fees for a milestone under dispute are held until we decide.
  • Third-party charges: government, certification, filing, or assessment-body fees paid on your behalf, such as ZED certification or ROC filing fees, cannot be refunded once paid to that body.

6. Institutional and white-label agreements

If you are a bank, NBFC, association, government body, or channel partner with a signed agreement, the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement apply. Where the agreement says nothing on a point, this policy fills the gap.

7. When you always get a full refund

Whatever else this policy says, you get 100% back if:

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • You were charged more than the price shown at checkout.
  • You paid but never received access to what you bought.
  • We cancel a product, programme, or service you paid for.

8. What is not refundable

  • Reports and exports already generated (Section 2).
  • Part-used subscription periods after the first 7 days (Section 3).
  • Consultant milestones that are completed and accepted (Section 5).
  • Fees already paid to government or third-party bodies on your behalf (Section 5).

Discounted and early-bird purchases follow the same rules as full-price ones. Any refund is based on the amount you actually paid.

9. How to request a refund

  • Email connect@launchpadleaders.in or use Account → Orders → Request refund. Include your order ID and the registered email or mobile number.
  • We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
  • We approve or decline it within 7 working days. If we decline, we tell you why in writing.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, back to the original payment method.

Banks and card networks may take a further 5–7 working days to show the refund in your account. We cannot refund to a different account or in cash.

10. Taxes, payment charges and chargebacks

  • GST: refunds include the GST charged on the refunded amount. We issue a GST credit note for every refund, which GST-registered customers should use to adjust their input tax credit.
  • Payment charges: we do not deduct payment gateway or processing charges from refunds.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly. If a chargeback is raised, access to the related product may be paused until it is settled.

11. Grievance redressal

If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund or cancellation, contact us:

Email: connect@launchpadleaders.in
Address: Launchpad Leaders Private Limited, No.343, Reddy Complex, BGS Hospital Road, Global Village Back Gate, Mylasandra, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560059, India

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and give you a copy of the complaint as we recorded it. We aim to resolve it within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the National Consumer Helpline: 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in.

12. Delivery and changes to this policy

Delivery: we do not ship physical goods. Reports, tools and programme materials are delivered electronically, through your account dashboard and the email address you register. Live programmes are delivered online or at the venue named on the booking page. Access is normally available immediately after payment. If it is not, contact us and Section 7 applies.

Changes: we may update this policy. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change. The version in force on the date you paid is the one that applies.

About Us

Democratising growth for 79 million businesses — 1 in 5 on Earth.

India's MSMEs have always grown the hard way — without the tools, benchmarks, and networks bigger companies take for granted. We exist to close that gap, at the scale of an entire ecosystem.

Our Vision

We envision an India where the growth tools and networks once reserved for the largest players are democratised for every MSME — closing the gap to sector standard, and growing beyond, at the scale of an ecosystem.

Our Mission

Diagnose. Develop. Deliver. Measurable transformation for every MSME in India — championing those underserved the longest, the platform built to lift an entire MSME ecosystem together.

Who we serve

Every sector where India makes, moves, and sells things.

Everything we build is calibrated sector by sector — a textile unit in Tiruppur and an auto-components unit in Pune don't need the same benchmark, the same cohort, or the same consultant.

The stakes

India is racing towards a $10 trillion economy. MSMEs are the engine — and most are still running on one cylinder.

$4T → $10T
India's economy today, projected to reach $10 trillion by 2035
31% → 55%
MSMEs' share of India's GDP today, vs. the ~55% SMEs contribute in developed economies
110M+
Jobs MSMEs create today — the single largest engine of Indian employment
79M+
MSMEs across India — most still without formal credit, cohort learning, or expert guidance

For India to reach $10 trillion, the MSME engine can't just run — it has to fire on every cylinder. That's the gap we exist to close.

The road is long, the work is hard.
Rise. We race it together.
